Fast shipping... device in better condition than I had hoped for, Terrible communicator, you can't have everything. However, Swappa didn't do any inquiry even after 10 day passed since the transaction. Nor did Swappa show any concern when the cell was bought on the 17th and today (the 27th) the seller still hasn't reported that the phone was shipped. Swappa should be more proactive in monitoring what happens after the money changes hands.
Phone was new in the box as advertised and delivered promptly. I didn't realize it wouldn't have a SIM card, but that wasn't a big deal. I will use Swappa and the vendor again.
