I've bought and sold a handful of phones via Swappa. The staff is really helpful and quick to respond to inquiries. Sellers and buyers have a lot of resources, but Swappa also does a good job of keeping everyone honest. A phone I bought had a serious hardware defect, and with Swappa staff mediating, I had a resolution within hours. I don't look for used devices anywhere else, and I recommend it to anyone I know

Swappa provides great ways to communicate, pretty straightforward process, and makes it easy to shop for phones. I've used it to buy MANY phones, and have had great success. I will say that it seems you can get yourself into trouble selling if you don't have a Business PayPal account, after trying to help a friend (who made a Sale on Swappa) figure out his issues. Support helped him a bit, but it was a mess (since the buyer wanted to send payment immediately). I suggest more guided process for sellers, to make sure they have things lined up before they sell!

First off, when looking for a good used "Apple Watch", I thought the only decent place to go for one at a decent price is "eBay". Boy, was I wrong. When I was searching for such a description through "Google", I came across this site. The site seemed really easy to view and see what you wanted, and it's true! When you look for the electronic you're looking for, the price is the price! There isn't anything else you need to pay, not even shipping! What you see if what you get! They are very descriptive on what is acceptable for them to sell on their site. They won't take any broken glass, software issues, or even water damage. The condition of the device, such as "good" or "mint" is really what it implies. There are no gimmicks or fine print. They are genuinely concerned that you are more than satisfied with what you pay for. They make sure you're not scammed or withheld of any important information. This will definitely be my go-to site for my future electronic purchases.

Though advertised as only "good", the device I have received was actually pretty much in "Mint" condition, so way better than advertised! Do not use Swappa to buy a carrier-locked phone if you wish to unlock it. Especially T-mobile. Carriers may require the previous owner to cooperate to request the phone to be unlocked, and will not let you yourself initiate that procedure. As a result, you may be stuck with a phone that is not unlockable, and have no way to return or unlock it. Swappa does not tell you any of this beforehand.

I've bought and sold several devices on Swappa and have never had a problem that wasn't addressed and dealt with immediately. I feel safe both selling and buying electronics on Swappa. Keep up the good work
