This is the first time I shop at Swappa. I didnt know what to expect besides reading others reviews. I just dont know what I dont know. Could it be true that the people at Swappa are on my side to verify the sale items are not junk? (To make a long story short, I prefer to pay a ittle extra to make sure I get the right products. However, it does not always happen at other websites. There are some faults advertisements which discourage me to shop with them.) I fellowed the simple checklist at Swappa and my purchased item was in my hand 2 days later and complete the transaction. The checklist is a plus. What a service and a deal! Thank you so much for providing such a good place to shop. We will be back.

I purchase all of my devices via swappa now. Why pay full retail when perfectly good devices are here! Every purchase I have ever made has been perfect as well as every sell. The data swappa provides in tabular/graph form helps to a great deal when analyzing a purchase or getting ready for a sale. Swappa provides excellent filtering and sorting specific to these types of devices, and is very simple and straightforward to navigate. The only thing I'd like to see is a method to auto-purchase a new listing when it comes on and meets certain criteria you define... That would be an awesome added feature from a user perspective.

I bought a Droid Max ll thru Swappa after breaking my phone in the car door (!). Needles to say, I was a bit panicked as I use it for work. Once I found a product that fit my specifications, I put the order in and kept my fingers crossed that the buyer - and Swappa - would fulfill their end of the bargain. I am thrilled to say that both came through in spades. Swappa kept an eye on the progress of the sale, followed through with me after the sale, and the seller did everything that he said he would do- including shipping immediately and shipping a product that was in the perfect working order has it had been advertised. I have been singing Swappa's praises (as well as the sellers) and would not, for one second, hesitate to use Swappa again. I couldn't be happier!

Found the phone I was looking for in mint condition for a great price

I didn't know what to do when I had to replace my stolen phone. I considered ebay and craigslist but didn't want to spend all of my time shopping around. I discovered Swappa and was thrilled that I could make this process virtually painless. The seller was great and easy to communicate with, the swappa staff are incredible helpful and the phone arrived after 4 days of completing the transaction. It wasn't overnight, but shipping costs were included in sales price which made everything that much easier. While I hope I won't need a new phone anytime soon- I'll definitely be heading back to Swappa.

I just finished purchasing an LG v10 on Swappa. It arrived quickly, well packaged and exactly as described (mint condition). Swappa is extremely easy to use and their support is prompt.
