I found swappa through a search engine and I'm glad I did! I got a beautiful, mint condition iPhone 6 for $450. I bought it on a Wednesday night, it shipped on Thursday and I got it on Saturday! Yes it didn't come with a charger but that's not too bad because the phone was cheap and beautiful. If I ever have to get a new phone again I'm totally using Swappa again.

When I received the watch we had some activation trouble and the staff was immediately in on the thread, moderating and making sure the seller resolved it in a timely way without me having to make a formal dispute. I bought a phone on swappa and my experience was great everything came as described shipping was ok it's usps what do u expect if something happens to ur package in transit no one can tell u where it is why and when to expect it. Mine got rerouted and should of taken 3 days but came in a week. That's why it's good to talk to seller about shipping and if you can decide who to go through. But that's besides the point my phone came and it was exactly as described. Very pleased and would do buniesss on swappa again. My advice for new buyers is look for a seller that does returns if u don't get what's described that way it insures u get what u want, and seller is serious. That and if time is a factor find a seller closer to u so shipping comes faster because usps doesn't Guarentee delivery on priority and most sellers use priority shipping.
This is the greatest site to get a great used phone at a great price. I would recommend swappa to anyone and will use the site again if I ever decide to look for a new phone or tablet

It's built with the presumption that I'll be back, again and again, with profiles, user stats, etc. I just wanted to buy a phone, so it made navigating the site a bit cumbersome.
They need a simplified process/pages for buyers. Stats, ratings, profiles, etc. are for sellers, not for buyers. Duh!
Have been on Swappa forever. Really great place to buy phones (new and used!) and sell your old ones. Fee is only $10 per sale. You can't beat that!

This was the 3rd pre owned iphone 5s 32gb gold we ordered for my teens Christmas present. Cosmeticaly and the functionality of Mytecell"s iphone was of superior quality in comparison to the 2 devices we received prior. 1st one from Amazon "certified refurb, excellent condition $320" but a full battery would be depleted within 20 min, overheated, and screen freezes. 2nd also from Amazon(thinking 1st was just a fluke) "certified refurb, like new $301" wasn't the same model as advertised(I did double check before purchase), but one orig. Locked to a carrier in China that had registration and signal problems and certain features were restricted. As a parent I felt horrible seeing her excitement than disappointment than waiting for return process. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR BEING HONEST AND SELLING A SOLID DEVICE. Also, with the extra money left over bought a couple of nice cases for it.
