Went looking for a good used Note4. Received regular pricing emails from Swappa and jumped quick when one came up that meet my price point. I passed the but button and 10 minutes later I had a notification from alert that the tracking code would be posted later that day. It was. It showed up. As promised. Couldn't be easier.
Currently, swaps is not liable for anything like bogus seller, bogus buy or invalid feedback or invalid comments( some times they do better).
You are totally pushing PayPal liable for all the bogus and making easy business just like allaying eating sugar candy.
Not all your staffs are knowledgable and they mostly differ one with others buy making no appropriate comments about sale.
I know truth bitters but can't ignore in expressing it. Just as an example that you are allowing iPhone 6 Plus owner to sell his 6 plus as 6s plus without verifying it properly and in other occasion 16 GB phone was sold as 128 GB.
You need to held accountable for buyers and sellers dispute and you should hold the money until seller ships and close the sale or some thing like that.

I was reviewing phones on Swappa.com for a week or so and made many trade-offs and decisions. When it finally came to the point of ordering, I clicked on the wrong color phone and put the order thru. Not only 'til I read the confirmation email did I see my mistake. I quickly called ( to a voicemail) and sent an email to TSG Wholesale asking to CANCEL the order and I'd reorder later. Within 2 hours, the order was canceled, my PayPal refunded and a email received from TSG Wholesale thanking me for the order and was glad to help out. Anyway... my Swappa experience was a good one!
I buy/sell in the neighborhood of 10-12 phones per year. With Ebay there is virtually no control and no way to know if you're going to get what you have purchased, or a monster of a device that was given an inaccurate description. Then TRY and file a claim with them and PayPal. Good luck. With Swappa, I have NEVER had an issue on either end of the deal. They go the extra mile to monitor each sale and ensure that you are getting a quality device. As far as I am concerned, I am a Swappa fan for life! Now if only they had an app...
