Purchased a new device listed as in mint condition and set at a low price; similar devices sold for at least $100 more than what I paid. Made the purchase, received the phone (looks brand new) within 2 days and so far I'm happy with this transaction. Have already recommended the site to others based on my experience. Just joined the site about a week ago so I was new to the process but everything worked out flawlessly.

Great site, stayed right on top of transaction, minimal fee for buyer to cover. Experts at being sure device is what you thought it would be and the condition you sought. Much less hassle than eBay transaction for example where most sellers will stand behind product. But possible hassles.

I purchased a phone from TSG Wholesale - it was a good price and in perfect condition. Shipping was quick - but sadly there was a technical problem with the phone. I texted TSG (Tyler) and got an immediate response. He shipped me a new phone (overnight!) and was very attentive. He made absolutely sure everything was perfect.

I have used Swappa ~10 times over the past couple years and they have always been professional and helpful. It's up to the sellers and buyers to do the right thing in the end, but Swappa provides a reasonably trustworthy and safe place to conduct business.
