I thought this was to legally be able to take my dogs anywhere. Now you send me an email to take a training course for my dogs for another $300 to "legally" be able to have my dogs with me and trained as "PSA", because they have to be trained to turn on lights, open doors, get medication, or detect a panic attack or physical issue with you and get help. So the PSA is really the ONLY "legal" certificate for your dog to be able to take your dog anywhere and everywhere. The chart in the email YOU send out as a promotional link has 2 columns, the ESA column you sold me "signed by my state licensed MD" to take my dog everywhere legally (it was signed by MD) had a in every column and the $300 PSA column had a in every column. What the hell? Did you rip me off? Lie? Rip us all off? Lie to everyone? Something is off! Why don't you tell the truth!

I already entered my second dogs information, do I have to enter it again? I'm confused. Also, I thought it came with the certificate and then you try to sell it on the next page? Why can't you just get the ID cards for the dogs with out every thing else. I hope I didn't make a mistake.
I placed an order for my ESA documents and they came the next day! I was able to send over my letter to get all of my pet fees waived! I highly recommend this service.

My employer did give approval for me to bring my pet to work. But I was disappointed to know that any motel or other business reserve the right to deny your pet.
