They made the process very easy but at this point I'm wondering if this was the route I needed to go. Out of the 5 places I needed to take my dog only one allowed her, they wanted her to be a service animal

I was very anxious (no pun intended) about getting my dog certified. I do not have a serious condition as so many worthy people do and felt a bit like a fraud. I live alone in a rural area and Ember keeps me going she's my support to go out and walk and keep mobile she's my constant companion at home and keeps me from being lonely and isolated so she really is my SUPPORT DOG I thank you for making it possible to keep her with me everywhere. Ember wears her vest proudly and we have never encountered a problem

Not good, took days to get in touch with anyone, I left my number n didn't get called back. You have a great co n help a lot of people, but to get anything done or get in touch w anyone, takes to long. I was supposed to get a xsmall harness but got a sm. Now I have to pay to send it back. Some improvements really need to b made. Thank u.

It was very easy to use and this will be very helpful… for one year I guess? It wasn't clear when paying and filling out the questions at any point it was only valid for a year from the date on the document you receive.
I'm not sure if it's different if you purchase a certificate which is a separate fee and they don't make it clear.
For the cost 100$ I could see it being useful if your moving and want to live in a certain place where pets aren't aloud. But if your looking for a life long certificate I'm not so sure.
