It took over a week to get my documents. It was the only thing I needed to get my cat home. My landlord wouldn't approve my pet application without these documents. No one knew where they were or why they were held up. There was no apology when I got them late. Customer service never responded other than the default email saying someone would get back to me within 24-48 hours...no one ever got back to me. I had to call. Their phone system makes you listen to all the internet options, which is about 10-15 minutes long, before they give you the option to speak with a person. It was the worst experience I've ever had. I hate that I'll have to deal with this again in a year when I need to get my documents updated.
So, the application process was easy. I'm slightly discouraged by the price. As after I went through the entire process online, I talked to my therapist about it and she would have only charged me 50$ each pet as opposed to almost 300$. However, the documents did arrive fast and I was able to use them during a hotel stay in Sept with no questions asked.

But you do still need your actual doctor to sign documents for landlords, planes or hotels depending on how strict they are. Some places are happy with the ESA cards, some others require a doctor to sign off and somehow they know which doctors work for support pets (so they won't accept those).

My overall experience has been great.I gave 4 stars because I was suppose to receive a dog collar tag showing Jackson as a support pet and never received one.I also am unable to find where you can order support pet gear.

They provided me with documentation and approval super fast and allowed me to get the certification fast and easy before I moved into my new apartment so that way I didn't have to pay the fee for my new ESA dog since the certification was ready before I had moved. Great service and super friendly with all the questions I had.
