I feel ythere has been a mistake made when i ordered the product when i made the order it was for two pets mya and mia i got the esa papers but only received 1 dog halter i emailed explaining then was sent the option to oder another one for $29. I already paid $117.43 for the tweo that i did not get

It was quick and easy but i have actually diagnoses and some places require those diagnoses to be listed out, not just general "stress". I mean i got the exact same letter as my cousin did but with my dogs instead of hers.

I used Support Pets to register my two cats as ESA animals when moving into my new apartment. My apartment required some more paperwork & when I reached out to SP they were able to assist me even further & the doctor was able to fill out that paperwork too! Therefore I was able to move in pet fee FREE! I'm very happy with the service I received from Support Pets & have already recommended to friends & family.

The first time we did this with our other dog, it went smoothly with NO problem. This time took over 2 months to get documents paid for, the right size vest and I was told I'd be getting a discount/refund of 10% due to all the issues and that STILL hasn't been refunded.
Difficult at first but after that ok.Trying to get a response was time consuming and being taken seriously was in doubt for a bit. But they came through.
