I cant get the tag to work that was sent to me. Tried to use the app but it won't process. Many places I would try to have her go with me to will not allow ES animals.

I actually intended to register three dogs but only two were taken and listed on the documents. Also I went through the protocol and channels of getting a vest to moderate between my two larger dogs and I was charged but I never got a harness and that is most unfortunate.
