This is a very helpful website, though I would like the website to be more informative, and the ads to be informative of why someone should need a trained ESA instead of 'your pet' as it can be harmful to service animal's to do their job and assist in a medical situation. More places are now being more strict with where your animal is being certified and soon this website won't be able to help, therefore it should be more informative to those who really need an ESA.

It was a very simple process. I got online, filled out a few questions, and a doctor looked over my responses to determine if my dog was qualified to be an ESA. My paperwork came in quick. I will say I couldn't access it with the first link I got sent, but I told them that and they sent a new one fast. I was able to get my documents with the second link.
