Great exp it was a quick and easy process they came right in time and understand why i need my pet
It took some time to get my certificate due to a mix up and contacting someone to get assistance seemed to be difficult also. Once I was finally able to speak with a supervisor I was able to get my certificate the same day.

I received a email saying that for some reason there was an error in saving my questions and asked me to do it again. I received this email several times. Then once I got my letter it says that I have a ESA animal due to being to stressed. I actually been diagnosed with depression, anxiety and PTSD. I feel like people will laugh at the reason that was listed. Also I thought it came with a ID card and I didn't receive any.
