The "Doctor" denied my landlord verification form so I reached out to support pets and they told me they would send a refund! I never got my refund it's been two weeks, I tried getting in contact with them through email and also online since it's not a number to call! I keep getting the same response " have reviewed your account and found that your issue has already been escalated to our supervisor for further assistance. They will get back to you via email within 24 hours." NOBODY HAD REACHED OUT TO ME! I can assure you I've done talked to more than 6 different people that done said this I'm over it and I will never purchase from this company again I feel scammed out of my money!

I signed up for the esa but I didn't mean to sign up for training and I wanted to get the $177 back because my dog is too old to train I made a mistake when I checked that off can somebody please help me

Easy but not clear information, didn't see anything about how much my order came to and after I paid I kept receiving Emails saying I just needed to do one more thing which made me think wasn't done and needed to pay more money. I see now it was just a marketing stunt to upsell more products but it made me worry I had been scammed. I don't like that tactic.
