Took from Jan til late March to receive my documents apparrently still a mess as I'm getting text messages to get esa someplace there is no communication in your areas of tesponse
It was really easy to get the ESA documents needed, but at the end when it kept asking about more and more purchase options it felt unprofessional.

My letter was delayed 2 weeks because there was an issue with the company system, not till I said a wanted a refund did they fix the problem after I had sent several emails and calls with no success

After submitting payment for my request, I waited for multiple days before getting my approval even though there is a strict projected timeline advertised with the company. However, after reaching out multiple times and creating multiple customer service reports, my order was expedited (about a week had passed) and eventually I got my approval. The time delay was a bit inconvenient, but the customer service team was quick and responsive, and always very kind and pleasant to work with. I even had to submit an individualized landlord request, and this was completed promptly.
