I had the approval the same day and could download papers needed. I did get a certificate in the mail as well. I'd give 5 stars but when it came to getting paperwork filled out for landlord, the link did not work. Reaching out to customer service was no help as they told me to do the same thing I was already doing and it wasn't working. Luckily for me, I got a pass from the landlord since I own my home and rent the lot. It might not be so for someone in an apartment. Customer service needs a phone number and real people to talk to in order to resolve issues like this.
