I do get my documents, with the doctor's letter, eventually sent. I always have to inquire about when they will finally be sent, and always receive them 4-6 weeks later.

I registered my cat to be my emotional support animal and didn't realize until I paid that this is only good for 1 year! All that money wasted! If you want your pet registered to be your emotional support animal then make sure you look and find the official ESA website!
