I overall am kinda disappointed because I was expecting to get a harness and way more for the price I paid but all I got was a certificate, papers, a esa tracker tag!

The process was quick. However you do not have a confirm page that lists exactly what is ordered before paying. So I wasn't sure exactly what I was getting. It would be nice to see this is what you ordered. This is what is included with your specific purchase. I then had to contact customer service. It took several people transferring me all through email. Each time I would get the same generic message in email format. I also could not find an actual number for questions. The issues I had were all resolved in the end and is what actually matters but no less frustrating.
The experience was a thoughtful one, all my questions were answered during the entire process.
