Absolutely love the concept behind Support Pets and the mission to make traveling with our animals more accessible and enjoyable. I understand there will always be certain limitations but with having three cats myself, I found it a little frustrating the design of the program relies on having two or less animals. To get all three recognized as ESA would be to have someone living with me register under their name therefore taking "ownership." Regardless, it was very easy to navigate the website and/or process, and customer service was quick to provide more information. Definitely excited for this year of ESA, not sure about renewal. Can't wait to see this concept continue to grow and expand :)
