I find it crap that other websites have the vest and all that stuff included in their price and that's exactly what I thought I was buying instead you charge me another $90 on top of the paperwork price just to get a vest and of course nobody ever responds to messages

The quiz is easy to do but it was not recording my answers which made me have to redue it about 7 different times after it keep saying I was approved and the doctor just need to look at my profile. This was very frustrating because the customer service people would tell me to re due the quiz even the I had already done it multiple times and then the doctor would get back to me.

My building was trying to charge a pet fee after 7 years of me and my dog already living there. Anyways another tenant told me to get an ESA letter I found Support pets and got my documents in less than 48 hours. Gave it to my buildings management office and got no issues! My pet fee was voided.
