There has been 2 times that I have been told that I cannot have my pet in the store because they have a no pet policy. The first time I did not say anything because I did not want to bring attention to myself. However, on the second occasion the person stated again that they had a no pet policy, I kindly informed the person that they my dog was an Emotional Support Animal and they were allowed wherever I went.

Had to call a representative and she sent me the documents. Too much rigaoroll. Just want ESA documents not be and be sure that they are official documents. I did not want all the other advertisements for other products they just confused me and made me wonder if I'd be scammed
My ESA approval was not a hassle and was approved in one day. All document was accepted to my apartment management, and I got waived for my monthly pet fee. 100% recommend it for people struggling to pay unnecessary pet fees.
