Process was simple and very quick. I went to my primary care physician and was told I had to go through 2 weeks of appointment with a Mental Health Dr in order to get a support pet prescribed. I heard about support pets and it was much simpler and less hassle. Less expensive too.

This is really a great service. The information was straight forward, the website was easy to use, and I was able to get my 2 dogs signed up for ESA. The customer service is great!
