I paid a lot of money for a vest for my emotional support animal. I understand, I just haven't even received it. I most likely will not recommend anyone else do this because I spent a lot of money on the whole thing for just the esa documents to be given to me. I'm really bummed that this is how it occurred.
Was so easy to get my dog, sugar certified. Relieved everything in the mail. Never thought it could be so easy. She goes everywhere with me now. Hest thing I ever done. Don't wait get your pet certified now.

The process was easy however I was only supposed to pay $85.00 because I had received an offer for that price. They charged me almost $100. I notified them of this issue and they were supposed to refund the difference but I haven't received it yet

I am a returning customer. I applied for ESA approval back in May 2024. It appears that I paid twice on May 21/22 for my application. I didn't see that I needed to answer questions for a doctors review. In early June, I filled out the questionnaire and have waited and then sent emails. And still have not received anything. I am very frustrated and need answers.

Making this purchase to make my fur baby my Emotional Support Animal was the greatest purchase I've ever made! Now I can have my dog travel with me every and anywhere thanks to Support Pet's. I suffer with anxiety, depression, boarder line personality disorder and PTSD, so making my fur baby Rocky an actual certified Emotional Support Animal was very important to me since he help's dearly in aiding my emotions.
