The whole process was quick and easy. I received my documentation in a couple days and now I can have my cat, Peanut, with me everywhere I go.
They are legitimate esa documents but they don't give you access to travel or anything extra, just free pets housing..

I have asked numerous times for a refund on the second pet; over a month and half and no refund.
I also was denied from an apartment lease because the doctor used on the documents is selling certificates online; they did research. I asked the doctor to fill out a questionnaire from the apartment and they would not comply.
