I have been using these services for over 2 years and love the customer service experience. I called because for some reason I did not receive my ESA letter in 48 hrs. The customer service rep was so tentative and helpful.

Quick and easy to apply. Only thing I didn't like was that it was hard to log back in for me to check the status of the certification. Other than that it was puurrrfect.
Support pets is great but I still couldn't fly with my dog. The FAA wants you to jump through hoops to take your dog with you without a carrier. My dog is a bit too big and wouldn't handle it well. They said they don't recognize ESA anymore so I was very disappointed.

I received the letter within 24 hours, but when my leasing office requested an additional form completed I couldn't get in contact with anyone to get it completed. Seems a bit like a scam.
Your time is valuable to us that's why we deliver the package as soon as we can.
Owning a dog and trying to be a good provider it just made sense to me since we both had emotional issues. He came to me a year old and had problems with just walking around block. We both came to a place where I had to do something to protect us both. Therefore being honest with doctors I was provided the safety I needed for both of us.

Quick, and reasonably affordable and glad to have Esa approval for my pet. If cost is a concern, consider the cost of non refundable pet deposit and the monthly pet rent to keep your pet in your apartment per year.

I would say I did not like the last section where you tried to make me feel bad because I did not opt to make her a service animal. I love my pet and should not be made to feel bad. I almost didn't order anything from this site do to that.
