From the ordering to all of my questions they have been prompt and very helpful. When I've contacted customer support they've been Johny on the spot and were always super nice even when I had problems understanding things. I'm looking forward to the trip me Lulu and Sampson are taking to Gatlinburg TN. I wouldn't be able to make this trip without them or support pets.

It was easy to some extent but then it got confusing and some responses made me feel bad that I had to chose them since I don't have that much money

It was hard for me to take Novi anywhere and I felt lost with out him. Support pets help me turn that around i can take Novi into the store and not have to worry about him i feel more calm when he is by my side.
