Went smoothly online, but Beware, no humans to talk to if you have an issue.
Like they email the documents but it refused to send the link to retrieve them.
So just had to wait till it all arrived in person.
At first I was so pleased! Surprised at all the great official paperwork, arrived fairly quickly, & at first thrilled with how sturdy the vest looked.
Though it fit my golden—it is so stupidly & poorly designed—no point in using it again. The worse experience ever with my dog in public. I've used a generic harness vest before with great control & my dog was so well-behaved because the vest stayed in place, & she could understand my direction as the leash connection is over the shoulders.
I saw a woman with the same support pets vest for her little dog—& she was also having a horrible time controlling her little dog as the vest spins around & for some idiot reason they put the hook for the leash at the back end of the vest instead of the shoulders? Near the butt? What were they thinking? What idiot could not study how vests work before designing this useless piece of crap? And only one strap across the tummy does nothing to stop the vest from spinning—I made it as tight as possible. The neck part is useless. Does nothing. It should connect along the bottom to the tummy strap—like every other harness vest does. It was so embarrassing as my dog felt like she was not on the leash & could not understand how to avoid my grocery cart when I could not give her direction while pulling her poor back end legs around making her spin all over the place in confusion. SO, SO DISAPPOINTED! Wasted money. Yes, I'm angry.
Went smoothly online, a bit annoying to keep pushing to spend more, but kind of expect that. Now that I've made my decision to do this, sure wish the vest, etc. would arrive sooner than the long delivery time mentioned.

Since contacting support pets everything has been simple and easy. And that's surprising since I'm not very tech savvy. From the ordering to all of my questions they have been prompt and very helpful. When I've contacted customer support they've been Johny on the spot and were always super nice even when I had problems understanding things. I'm looking forward to the trip me Lulu and Sampson are taking to Gatlinburg TN. I wouldn't be able to make this trip without them or support pets.
