The kind and courteous associate adjusted my price from $135 to $95 (the original quote I received and chose to sign up). However, I clearly explained that my Marine Veteran husband signed up the same day (as I requested my husband to do) and was charged $134. I asked that that purchase be adjusted as well and the associate blatantly ignored that part of my message making me feel unheard and making me feel foolish for recommending this company to my husband.

When I purchased my Support Pets ESA certificate, I thought that included the harness set with the order purchase. Then a few hours after my confirmation I received another email with the harness gift available for purchase. I am very much confused. Will my dogs get their ESA harness sets from SP or will I have to purchase them separately?
