Great support center; it's just difficult to order for multiple pets with multiple family members. The option should be to add everyone under one account with multiple pets and assign pets to each person in the family rather than each email account per family member.

You need this so you don't have to pay pet fees and so you can't take them anywhere. Also it you have any pitbull breeds this usurps the ban.
