I've spent $200 now to get my dog registered as a Service Animal. The XS, although they read 2-9 lbs, doesn't fit around his chest. My Service Animal, Finley, needs a vest so that I can take him into stores! I've requested a Small vest. We'll see if they come through on that...
Overall I am content with the service they provided. I gave them 3 stars because when it was time for me to renew my subscription, it would not accept my original payment. It did not tell me right away that it had trouble processing my payment. Knowing that I used my cc for other charges and it went through fine, I just found it frustrating that I had to repeatedly submit my payment.

We received a letter from our HOA saying that we needed to only have two animals in our house. We have three currently. Honestly, I ordered everything because I wanted to make sure that I had enough documentation to show the homeowners association. I am not sure exactly what I ordered

I have a Cane Corso and I suffer from stress and anxiety and she help calm my anxiety. Support pets got my ESA approved and the documents to me quickly. I did have a little hiccup and had to chat with support but they identified the issue and took care of it quickly and efficiently. Make sure to check your junk folder also.
