If you follow the directions sent to you about creating an email address and password, you will receive your documents via your email address. I have tried reaching them through their phone number and all their emails addresses with no success which I find Very Frustrating to say the least. I ordered the vest leash and card package which I paid for and have no idea when or if it will arrive. Better and easier customer support service would be greatly appreciated.

It was easy just answer the question and follow the instructions. You find out if you prequalify in just a few minutes and then and less than 48 hours you find out if the doctor approves you or not from your state
