Yo soy una persona con discapacidades físicas y mentales y tengo dos chihuahuas de 14 y 12 años y ellos me han apoyado emocionalmente durante todo este tiempo pero nunca los había registrado como ESA porque me parecía que era un proceso muy difícil, costoso y quizás muy tardado pero ya descubrí que no es asi, todo fue rápido, muy facil y a un precio muy razonable, y pude agregar mis dos adorables mascotas.
Así que estoy super agradecida con todo el equipo de Support Pets por ser tan eficientes y por ayudarme a hacerlo realidad😊

I have sent 3 emails regarding the name chamge on my ESA documents and have not received a response yet. I would like the documents to have the name Biscuit on them instead of Rosie. Noone has answered any of my emails. My first email was last Friday. PLEASE someone contact me. Thanks Lori

Even though renewing my cat was easy and they responded back very quickly, they sent me the wrong document. They just resent me last year's ESA CERTIFICATE. I did speak with one of those agents and they were able to quickly locate my new certificate with updated dates.
