Overall was a good experience but they keep adding stuff when you're trying to check out and I thought I was getting one price and then all of a sudden, I was paying another price. So there was a lot more money than I expected. But because I needed the paperwork ASAP. I just sucked it up and accepted it. But disappointed that they keep adding stuff on and they make it almost impossible to check out. That's why I didn't give them a higher rating.
II think the description of what is needed was a bit difficult to choose. I would have probably liked instructions on what to do next regarding travel.

I went through the process twice to get renewed, and no place on website on my account to see my pet info. I have no clue if you are mailing out a renewal card for me, or if I will not get one. No one wants to carry around a psychiatrist letter unless it's specific to renting.

If you have more than 2 animals then its difficult to get another letter. They were very quick about getting my letters to me.

I am very grateful for the service provided and quickness I received the ESA forms but I was taken back a bit by the numerous amount of emails and texts I received while waiting for the approval and after. I wanted to get the ESA vest and other articles for my fur baby but could not afford it the day I first placed my order. And now the emails keep coming even though I've already purchased the ESA package. And now I can't go back and re-order the vest since it's combined in the initial package which makes no sense for me to order a new ESA approval as the current is good for a year. So now I'm forced to unsubscribe to avoid the influx of advertising.

I love that my dog is certified now it makes my life so much easier but I do recommend that there will be a customer service number just in case. I was having troubles at first finding my papers and I wish it was a easier and faster communication system
