My experience getting my fur baby ESA approved was easy and simple to apply for. The support pet team is phenomenal they are extremely helpful with any issues you may have and any questions you may have. The bundle packages are great to have and the speediness of how fast you get your order is at least about a week for shipping and delivery. Everything comes with tracking and you get all of your important documents through PDF and easy to save to your file. The other great thing is you also get a Digital ID for your fur baby to always have at your finger tips! Very thankful for Support Pet Team and Foundation!

I was uncertain how much I was paying. I thought it was 99 dollars, but I looked at what my card was charged, and I was charged 134 dollars.
Although I received my ESA approval and documentation quickly, I do not appreciate the lack of transparency in the ordering process. First, I was being offered $99 for the process, but then it went up to $134 because I opted to pass along a $35 discount to someone else. Okay, fine. At least I could see the price differences when I toggled through my options. Except for the middle option, which is something about 24/7 customer service etc. But wait...isn't that part of the service? When I clicked the radio button for this option I did not see my price change (above), so I went ahead and selected it. Wrong choice. An extra $8.99 was tacked on to my bill, which was not revealed to me until *after* the transaction went through. A bit of a scam, I think. ANY AND ALL PRICING SHOULD BE VISIBLE DURING THE ORDERING PROCESS. FULL TRANSPARENCY IS ESSENTIAL.
