I received two emails saying that my payment didn't go through and reached out twice to Customer Support without a return response. Support Pets needs to have a phone number to call for assistance or a chat box.

ESA documents

I received the documents but unable to get in to print them. I have read & done everything to get Safari to see them. Not working.
This happened 2 years ago, too. So I never got to print those either.

For anyone wondering. ITS LEGIT!

This is my second year with this company. I was SO leary the first time! I kept thinking. There's no way this will actually work. This has to be a scam! Couldn't be further from that! Both times I received all my documents, signed by a licensed physician, in my state, within 48 hours. They charged me EXACTLY $99. No hidden fees. No coming back to find extra money missing from my bank account. Don't hesitate! They're wonderful!

The first log in was confusing having to reset a password that I had never created. And then the video said it didn't exist so honestly I thought I had gotten scammed till I emailed and was told to reset my password a second time then the video worked.

My documents came quickly except for the document i requested for my housing. My landlord requires a "resonable accomidation" form. It was asked for same time at renewal each year and yet it can never be included in order and have to as AGAIN every single time.
