The website had a lot going on compared to what it was when I enrolled my cat princess last time. As well as I don't remember having to purchase everything separate. It just all came in a package together with one simple transaction. Plus when I enrolled my dog for the first time his weight was written wrong on my documents. He is 55 pounds not 10. And I will need these papers for an application very soon. I've been using ESA for years and it's been so easy but now it's be come very complicated.
