My date may be a little off cause I actually got this a month ago two months ago somewhere in there, but my dog is protected. I was able to travel via plane with her documents and it was totally worth it.

It's ok so far Some apartments still want to charge you pet fee, pet deposit. I plan on upgrading my pet asap. Right not I'm happy with the ESA.
This is the bestest thing I could've ever done for my fur baby, now I can feel more relaxed and can take her with me where ever I go and not having to deal with pet fees is amazing!
