It was fairly easy to renew my ESA documents for my best friend. Only thing I didn't like was being forced to watch a long video that tried to upsell other products or courses before I could download my renewed ESA documents.

So far everything they said dose come in the basics package and it was very easy and they explained through it all, the part I would change with all the basics documents is available for download, I would include the basics card license that comes in the second package as a as part of the first first package, other wise at this point very happy with the ease so far
