I ordered organic mustard, got non organic. Called for a return label, she said she'd get back in 5 minutes. No call. I called back. She said she'd get back to me. 3 days later no response.
Plus I had to call numerous times - if no one answers it goes to a message loop where the only option is to repeat "no one is available" i.e. No option to leave a message.
I received some of these candies with a doll purchase and liked them so much I went online looking for them.
I felt like it was Christmas morning when I received my order. I look very forward to ordering more products from them. Delish

Service excellent. Only complaint is that the product came wrapped in large amounts of bubble wrap, which was unnecessary because paper could be used, and tape which impeded recycling in any case. Only paper should be used to protect shipped products
