I received my order very quickly and everything was packed perfectly. Unfortunately, I didn't receive two items and did receive one item I did not order. Customer service had been very pleasant so far.I'm awaiting my missing items and look forward to shopping with Supermarket Italy again soon.

Perfect! These are only sold in one market which is 45 mins away. Do I looked them up on line ordered from a different site, took over 2 weeks to get and they were all broken and crushed. Supermarket Italy's cane within a week and not a one was broken or crunched! Will definitely order from this site again.

I have ordered before and no problem so glad I could find the Crodino that I was looking for and was a good price also compared to other sites.

I found a recipe that called for golden syrup and I knew it wouldn't be available where I live. I chose to order from Supermarket Italy because all the reviews were very positive. I'm very glad I did, because the syrup arrived very quickly. Now I can try it in the new recipe. Can't wait! And I will definitely order from Supermarket Italy again.

Three ways the seller failed: (a.) NO notification when my order shipped or was delivered; (b.) requested gift message NOT enclosed, leaving the recipient confused who sent it; (c.) recipient's cellphone # was plastered all over the carton - - yet the driver did NOT phone to say food was waiting on a scorching hot Florida doorstep.
