The ring is pretty, however, there is no shine to it. In fact, looking at the sapphire stone you can see patches of white clouds throughout. I inspected the ring when I first received it but never wore it. I have been wearing it for 2 days now and every day I grow more displeased with this purchase.

What kind of company is this? I'm glad I'm being refunded so I can make my purchase through a reputable jeweler.
