I ordered item 7 months ago and they did not arrive - i got told i could only have a store credit. It has taken 4 months and hours of emails to try to get to use the voucher, i now need to get legal action because it is a wild goose chase.
I have used before and it has gone well - but if anything goes wrong they are a nightmare to deal with and i have spent over $1000 7 months ago and still have nothing to show.
