I like SuperJeweler and have visited the Diamond District on several occasions for my jewelry needs. I feel like you can never get as good a deal online as you can by establishing a relationship with a local jeweler who you meet in person. There's wholesale and retail, and the closer you can buy to wholesale, the better. Online marketplaces don't allow you to develop a relationship. The most you'll get is a "thank you" email on special occasions with a coupon code, but even then when it comes down to the price per gram on gold or carat weight on stones, you're still a pretty long ways off wholesale. The website functions well and there are some good sales every so often, but overall this is just a software/web-optimized business with too many marketing emails and gimmicky pricing schemes displayed on each product page. Works well for them I'm sure, and some people enjoy shopping this way, but not me.

Super jewelry fine, delivery was not, they left package on the floor at the bottom of my driveway.

Your website is easy to navigate through and made the purchase a breeze. It's always worrisome ordering jewelry online. Many times I've been disappointed with my purchases only slightly resembling the pictures I ordered from. However, SuperJeweler's picture represented the product perfectly. Hi, my name is Rachel. I am here to post a complaint about the product purchased from this company called SuperJeweler. It so happened that we were not informed by the company that someone would need to be at home to receive the order. In this case, it took almost a month for the ring to arrive. But for that, my boyfriend had to call SuperJeweler a few times, who informed us that the order was at FEDEX, that is, I am the customer, who should go after it and the company that sold the ring, right? Not even! I can say that my boyfriend had to pick up the ring at FEDEX, because when we called, FEDEX set an approximate date and time for delivery, and it DID NOT happen! I lost a day of work waiting for the ring. And to end this unpleasant subject, I also want to record that the width of the ring does NOT match the image on the site. The ring is beautiful but very thin. To me, this is false advertising.

Necklace broke instantly at the slightest pressure was only being held together by a single link on a rope chain, disgraceful

The ring is okay, but not really what I anticipated to receive. I have other pieces of Fire Opal jewelry and those stones are more "fiery", not so dark and dull as the one I received.

I ordered the 18 inch pearl necklace. IT cost $128.00 but the pearls were not 18 inch... it has 2 inches of silver chain.

Easy to order, jewelry came fast, only thing I would recommend for even better service is to give a shipping notification. I am never notified if and when the merchandise is approved for shipment or shipped out other than receiving a order authorization which doesn't help track or confirm the order.
