Then they wouldn't take it back after I showed them. I turned to the internet did my due diligence of research. I seen super jewelers reviews and tried them. I'm beyond ecstatic I did. Jewelry is beautiful. I'm not impressed by the packaging at all! Came in a bubble wrapper envelope and the box the earrings came in is so tiny! For the money I paid I expected it to come in a cardboard box with bubble wrapped materials to protect the earrings and a beautiful box for the earrings. Just looks cheap and the person I give them to is going to think they are cheap and fake! They did cone with an appraisal card hopefully it all checks out!
