I spent a lot of time carefully choosing the ring I wanted... it took me about 3 weeks of putting one in my cart then another looking at the from all angles, sending pictures to friends you know this is a special ring so it's gotta be perfect... so I choose the one in the first Picture and so I wait... and I fret because am I gonna like it? I'm so picky when it comes to jewelry. Then after 2 more weeks my ring arrives... excited to open it before I give it to the boyfriend to decide when the right time to give it to me is... I open the box... OMG! It's gorgeous... the prongs are perfect... it's nothing like the picture but I love the way it is! It is exactly what I wanted!

Scammers! Sent earings with broke post returned and company has had since 21st, yet no one answers the 1800# and the idiot chat reps lie saying oh it's COVID over n over and that no one has signed for the return which I have fedex reciepts showing it was delivered and signed for! Ear rings were 700$ worth 20$ if lucky! Cheap thin setting, stone couldn't been real! It was pure dirt, milky, Walmart carries better quality! Took a month to even receive and now fighting for our refund that the guaranteed! This company is full scam! Don't waste your time or money!

It's my first time to order jewelry online and I was a little worried while waiting to see my order in-person. It was a little bigger or bolder in the picture but it's ok for everyday wear. The diamonds are pretty. I was impressed with the accuracy of the delivery. I was notified that it will arrive at 8:00 pm and delivery came exactly at 8:00 pm. Customer service has quick response with my inquiry. Thank you Super Jeweler!.

Their jewelry is so cheap and ugly - they're not even worth the "discount" prices! I returned a necklace I purchased from them. They kept giving me the runaround for 3 weeks! They kept using COVID as an excuse! I had no other way to resolve it, so went to PayPal and made a complaint. They issued my refund right away. So, dissatisfied customers, beware!

The jeweler charges lots of money to set diamonds in a bracelet.

I had backings on 2 different earings, ordered at different times break. Super Jewelers replaced them immediately. I buy from them all the time using lawaway because I can't afford to buy things outright. I have had several times that an item was missing, they sent them to me right away. The prices are great. They have great sales all the time and they gaurantee everything they sale. The quality of the jewelry is awesome. They don't charge any intrest on their layaway plans and as soon as you pay off your layaway they have it in the mail within a couple of days of payoff and if your not happy with your jewelry, you can send it back with no questions asked. I recommend this company to everyone I know. Thank you Super Jewelers for making nice jewelry at great prices and many ways to pay off your orders.

I was all excited to get these really cute, so called diamond earrings for myself & gifts, diamonds look like plastic. Horrible. When I finally got intouch with SuperJeweler they refuse to send me a pre paid mailing label so I can mail their crap back to them. Then they suggest I pay extra to have the earrings be signed and insured. Really? They know it's not worth it to pay $10 or more to get the stuff shipped back to them. I would ad a picture, but they don't come out clear enough to see the plastic looking glass. Shame on them.

PLACED ORDER ON 11/27/22 AND WAS PROMISED TO RECEIVE ORDER ON OR BEFORE 12/12/22. NEVER SHOWED UP. THEY WONT CANCEL ORDER BECAUSE THEY SAY A SHIPPING LABEL WAS CREATED. WHAT A JOKE.

I ordered in first week of November thinking to surprised my Bestfriend on her birthday but it's January and still I have not got my order. And every time I contact super jewellery, the staff would answer I would receive it next week and I never did. And after 3 month I got to know that they lost my order and they even didn't inform me about this. And when I called then they happen to tell me this in a very rude way. This is the worst worst worst thing ever happened to me and if you guys don't want to suffer like me please don't order from here. Never gonna recommend to any of you.
