Worst customer service in my life

Demanding refund because they advertised a hotel with amenities and walked into the hotel was under construction, debris everywhere. Lobby smelled terrible. Screws on the floor near the only ice machine that worked, 2 floors down from mine. 1 vending machine near front desk. Advertised they had a smart TV but the directions given wouldn't allow me to connect.
Ive spent hours and hours trying to communicate with them. Writing emails, "chats" on their website. I called and got automated system and it said I would receive a call back within 4 hours. No call back, and was denied that they would assist me with the refund from the hotel. Now I actually want a refund from them due to their shady and $#*!ty customer service. And I just noticed that they do not put their name on my invoice!

Fraudulent company

This company sold me a room that was already sold out. After traveling 9 hours the first hotel booked was unclean. Went to this site, booked a room for same night. 10 minutes later the front desk said no rooms have been available for quite some time. This company proceeded to tell me that I needed to provide written documentation from the hotel that they were full. What? This is 2023. You are selling rooms that are not available!

Scam.

This company advertises and you pay for rooms that don't actually exist at the hotel. Super gets you to get documentation from the hotel to "help" you, but if they can't blame the hotel for their fraud, their customer service will be abusive, blame you, then ghost you. Absolutely do not recommend this company.

Steals Money Poor Customer Service
July 29, 2023

Super Travel booked a reservation at Hyatt place San Juan for 1633.00. Due to Bad weather flight was changed as per Spirit Airlines. Super Travel was informed of change and did not want to change dates for customer an says i have to wait 30 days to be resolved. So now I have a flight to San Juan an no where to stay an have to come uo with another 1633.00 for hotel. How can this be possible.

I emailed them several times. Nobody responded. The hotel that I had booked was disgusting nothing like the pictures Super posted of the hotel. (Completely deceiving!) Pretty sure they were violating some health codes. The Hotel Manager told me that he had never heard of this company before, and to contact my bank for fraud.
He said that most third-party places communicate with them, and they have not done so at all! I've lost hundreds of dollars because of this company and they are not giving me a refund even though the hotel is giving them full reimbursement. Don't make the same mistake I did. The company is very unprofessional and awful customer service. They make you jump through hoops just to find out that they will not refund the money.

I booked a reservation through Super Travel to stay at the Red Roof Inn at Aberdeen Maryland Saturday June 24-25 for one night. My son and I was accompanied by a cousin who lives about five minutes drive away from the Red Rood In where we were supposed to stay. At the Red Roof the attendant Kisn asked how many people are going to stay there in the room. I replied, "why are you asking me that question when my cousin is here just to show us the easiest way from his home." Next, Kisn told me that the Red Roof Inn is not a government property it is a private property. I replied, "what type of BS service that Red Roof is giving us, and that he the employee of the Red Roof should offer professional service."
Immediately, the attendant (Kisn) cancelled my reservation, then remit my card for the $100 dollar he had charge my card then told us to find another hotel to stay in.
Looking at my bank account I notice that Super Travel had charge my debit card for the sum of $89.95 for a service that I did not receive. I want Super Travel to remit my money. Next, I will take it up with Red Roof about the lack of professional service from their attendant.

STEALS YOR MONEY ON THEIR MISTAKE
July 26, 2023

Booked hotel in the parking lot for June 21. When I got my email it said June 28 (others have had this happen to them). I immediately called supertravel. Offered refund by Mabe just get cancellation number and email it them. Mabe fave me email. Hotel said call Priceline, Priceline said call Agoda, Agoda said call hotel and once again I am told to call Priceline. Super travel took no responsibility for the booking. Then I get an email saying they won't refund because it was a no refund booking. I have all the documention on calls as this was NOT my mistake!

No customer service. The worst my mom died, and I'm just trying to get some money back because we had major storm damage. They won't let me upload pics horrible don't ever book with these people. So I canceled early and they won't refund me

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE
July 23, 2023

I have been waiting at my hotel for 9 hours to check in, as it is stating that the payment method through SuperTravel is declined at the hotel. Yet, SuperTravel took the money out of my account yesterday when the reservation was made. Contacted SuperTravel & stated I would hear back in 20 minutes with an answer. It has been NINE hours. Horrible customer service. I am still waiting at the hotel, & no one will answer me at SuperTravel. 0 star review if I could.

I wanted to share with you my experience ordering with super. Com. We are 2 couples and we booked through booking. Com 2 double rooms with cancellation option. A week before arrival, I did another price check on Google and found out that super. Com offer the same deal for 150 euros less. A significant difference, the truth is I hurried and ordered on the spot and immediately canceled in booking. Com. Only then did I start reading reviews and was pretty scared. All the reviews are bad and I felt like I fell into a trap. But in practice nothing bad happened. We arrived at the hotel and the room was waiting for us and they stood beyond what was agreed upon. Indeed a sigh of relief. Bottom line, they keept there word. It is also worth noting that we paid with PayPal. Better in my opinion. So thanks to super. Com for saving us money and good luck to everyone.

HAD TO REPORT TO MY BANK AS FRAUDULENT! THE COMPANY WILL CHARGE AND NOTHING IS LEGITIMATE! THE CUSTOMER SERVICE LIES ABOUT THEIR NAMES -REFUSE REFUNDS AFTER CHARGING CARDS AND DOESN'T CALLBACK.THEY PIGGYBACK ON EXPEDIA BOOKINGS AND EXPEDIA DOESN'T HAVE ACCESS TO ANYTHING THEY BOOK FOR YOU AND NEITHER DOES THE HOTEL YOU'RE RESERVED AT… SAVE THE HEADACHE AND DO NOT BOOK WITH SUPER TRAVEL OR SUPER.COM

All i wanted for the inconvenience was a credit/ different booking date.
All the stipulations when the airlines mess up with no accomodations is crazy. I can go on about all the parties involved but I won't. What these people do is disgusting. CROOKS!

They messed up the dates for our reservation. There was no confirmation page nor communication that reservations couldn't be changed or refunded until I got the email where it had the wrong dates. Tried their chat function to fix it but it was very clearly ai robot and copy pasted everything. It took multiple attempts before they finally escalated me to a supervisor who said they would refund me if I got the hotel to email them a confirmation that they've canceled the reservation. I called the hotel and they were happy to help but by their policy they do not send out confirmation emails to third parties due to it being forgable and said that they only needed to call them and they would confirm the cancelation. Called back and told them this and they refused trying to say they could not make phone calls only recieve them. When I pointed out their supervisor called me I was put on hold for about the 4th time. They argued with me about the hotel's policy even though I explained to them what the manager told me. They still refused and lied straight to my face about not being able to make calls out. They tried blaming me for everything. Even though I had screenshoted proof otherwise. They are horrible in every possible way. They fringe sympathy and then stick you on hold whenever they don't want to deal with you. Not worth it. Spend the bit extra to go through a better site like the hotels actual site or experian. They are scammers through and through

THE WORST SERVICE EVER!

I wanted to book a room for that same night but The website had pre-selected Sunday night and i did not realize before I payed for the room. I only realized it after it was paid for. When I contacted customer service via chat, I told them I DIDNT want to cancel the reservation, I only wanted to change the date of the reservation and they refused. They stated they do not give refunds and will not change the date of the reservation. Which is total BULLS**T.
DO NOT GO THROUGH SUPERTRAVEL.com! Your best bet is to go with a travel site more focused on customer experience/support and more reputable like TRAVELOCITY, EXPEDIA, KAYAK…ANYONE other than supertravel. I feel sure they would have changed the date for me.

I was charged by super travel when I made the booking however when I checked out of the hotel they informed me that super travel have not paid for my stay and charged me again. It's been month now I am chasing super travel for the refund and on top of it worst customer care, they will always says we are working on it and never follow up and inform about anything. Please never book anything through super travel, they are fake, I now have to look for legal help in this.

Super Travel will not refund a money that was granted by the hotel I stayed. Super travel agent don't speak good English, they keep repeating information, dropping calls, and refusing to provide access to management. I provided all documentation they asked for and they pretended that they never received it or that it was not the correct information. Lastly, they block my number and emails responses do not allow for a case to be resolved. They closed the case immediately even when I provided ALL the information they requested. Emails are all generated without addressing concerns.

CAUTIOUS: THEY STEAL YOUR MONEY.

Attached are proof of my statement and response. I also proceed to report them to BBB.

STAY AWAY!

Booked through this site and was unhappy with the rooms at the hotel. The hotel would not provide itemized receipts because I booked through this site. The hotel referred me back to Super to get receipts. I contacted Super who gave me basic receipts which showed nothing of value other then the cost at booking. I asked for itemized receipts to which they said they couldn't provide. I mean what kind of legitimate business can't or won't provide detailed receipts? All they would provide was the original booking receipt. I expressed frustration in a very, very professional and courteous way. They then stopped all communication and I'm stuck not being able to get help from the hotel OR Super. I will not use this site again and will discourage others from doing so. By the looks of things, I'm not the only unhappy FORMER customer or theirs. DO NOT USE THIS SITE because if you have any issues with the booking, you will not get assistance.

Very accommodating

At a short notice I needed a room to meet a friend. Pleasantly surprised that the room met all my needs! I needed a place to bring my bicycle indoors and the management was more than accommodating! They helped me store it in a spare room!

Worked ok for me.

I booked through them with out doing proper research (my fault). I looked into them after the fact i paid, saw the reviews and panicked. I had gotten a decent hotel in downtown chicago for the night. (The congress). I booked it 3 days before my check in day. I called the hotel the night after and confirmed my booking and reservation. I still reached out to customer service for peace of mind, they said my reservation was all set. That they were sorry i was unsure of them. Etc. I went to the hotel and everything went through and pre paid. The only charge i needed to pay was the refundable safety deposit of $25. I didnt have to repay for the room or anything and it all went smoothly. I dont know why it went so well, i dont know what i did differently than others. But im not sure id book through them again just to save myself stress and worry of being scammed. But thankful it worked out well and i didnt get scammed.
