Paid a lot of money to the super.com, arrived to the hotel, spent 3 hours on check in as the hotel didn't get the confirmation and any proof of the full prepayment. My ticket has been forwarded to the "urgent team" that seems not as urgent as it is supposed to be.
After 3 hours of waiting got a reply from "urgent team" who told me that upon checking and verifying all the information they discovered that there's a hotel mapping issue with my booking and my reservation was confirmed at the 3-stars apart hotel instead of 5-stars superb luxury hotel that I booked. The only solution that I could get from them is a payment refund and a booking cancellation. This website took 3 hours from my life and ruined my holiday.
If you don't want to ruin your holiday choose the websites for hotels booking more carefully.

User experience was great on super.com It was my first time using this platform and I found it very user friendly, and the rate as the specific hotel I booked was nearly 40% cheaper than the next cheapest online platform.

Wir hatten einen Todesfall in der Familie. Deswegen mussten wir eine Hotelbuchung in Rom stornieren.
Das Hotel Philia ist super kooperativ und bestätigte mir mehrfach ich würde die Kosten zu 100% erstattet bekommen.
Der Anbieter super.com verlangt jedoch ein sehr kompliziertes Prozedere, sodass ich bereits 5 mal per Chat die Situation erklärt habe und Todesurkunde + den Nachweis vom Hotel geschickt habe, dass sie mir das Geld erstatten.
Die Frechheit ist, dass super.com will, dass ich mich darum kümmere, dass das Hotel Ihnen noch andere Papiere schickt. Obwohl ich ja ausschließlich über super.com als Anbieter gebucht habe.
Da stirbt jemand aus der Familie. Das Hotel bestätigt bereits die Rückzahlung und trotzdem schafft es super.com einem das Leben schwer zu machen.

Prices were fair. But after I found a couple of other sites a little cheaper.
My experience was good and easy to book and very easy to get in and reserve a room
Efficient service, though I only wish they had a 24 hour telephone service with a live customer service representative.
Via Kayak I was able to find a couple of great deals on your website. I then contacted the hotels and confirmed the reservations.

Answer: Both motels were okay with changing the reservation that was wrong we made in Arizona to putting the reservation to the motel in Lewiston Idaho but these idiots wouldn't help and switch it kept my $75 and I didn't get a room when I asked to speak to the supervisor or higher up manager they refused and hung up on
Answer: They are a horrible company and with horrible customer service. They talk down to you and even when their website is wrong and they book your room different than what you picked online, they refuse to help you fix it. They threaten you with nonrefundable and if the hotel wants them to call and cancel they will not. They ask for a written letter from the hotel. Really the worst travel site around. You think you are saving money and you truly are not, you are not getting what you think you paid for and then they have the nerve to ask for a huge tip because they tried to help save you money.
Answer: It's a joke! They say they will connect you with a Specialist and then the same person emails you giving you the run around. They're still "investigating".
