I read the reviews on here one day before receiving my order and was totally freaked out as I had ordered a S-sized dress and became pretty convinced I will never be able to wear it. The dress did arrive today and I am so happy, it fits me perfectly (I am on the skinny side a bit but I have ordered things from China before and they did not fit, whereas this is not the case) and the dress is as awesome as I expected. Yay yay yay!

Regarding my initial post/review; I finally received my missing item. Unfortunately, the rep misunderstood my complaint, investigated further and resolved the issue. This is the worst ever. Clothes cheap. Material cheap. Customer Service slow to respond, unable to correctly process a refund and follow and email thread. If you value your time, you would be wise to steer clear of Stylewe.com. You can find better fast fashion at your local department store that knows customer service. Be warned.

Tempted to purchase but the reviews make me nervous. I've purchased items from China and thank goodness I assumed to order a larger size. I don't understand any seller that does not truly cater to their customer base. If there are many US customers... the size should correspond. I don't understand why that is a challenge. I order items from the UK... and I compare the UK to US sizes and they are effortlessly similar. With those prices... and returns will be on my dime... ummmm... idk... kinda scared now.

I've been reading some of the reviews posted, and have to say that I'm very surprised on the negative reviews! This is not your SammyDress, or Ericdress Chinese type site (they all sell the same inferior product with crazy sizing), these are actual designer quality clothes. They are made remarkably well, and well worth the cost, especially when you get the discounts. There are a few things you have to be VERY concious of. Each designer sizes their clothes differently. When you select an item you MUST select the "product detail" info to find the correct measurements for THAT M, L, XL, etc. My first order of 3 pieces all have to be returned because I learned the hard way. But the clothes themselves are worth the extra time this takes. My biggest complaint is that because they are truly designer clothes AND based out of China, the options for an average U.S. woman are very slim and rare. A few designers may be the exception. I am 5' 6", 17 in. In shoulder, 38DD, 31 in. Waist. Not many options for upper torso. For my sake, I hope they can include us in their sizing.

Ordered a dress Nov 23rd for Holiday parties. A week later emailed asking re shipping status as had paid for expedited shipping. Was told they needed 5 business days to place order with designer and only 3 biz days had passed. 10 days later got a ship notice for 10 or more business days, no expedited shipping and excuse that it was peak shipping time for the carrier.

Not OK.
China deliveries not withstanding, it is clear that Fast Shipping advertised is a lie. Apparently biz days are limited, perhaps they don't work weekends. Whatever, it's just excuses, as they don't consider ebbs and flows of shipping into their deliveries, which is totally unprofessional and not feasible re US customers used to near instant fulfilment.

This was not a cheap dress. This is the Holiday season. Most purchases at this time are clearly either gifts or Holiday wear. They continue to show promotions for Cyber Monday, etc.

DO NOT SHOP HERE if you WANT ANYTHING FOR XMAS!

I will never shop here again.

Why is it that the company is not sharing the StyleWe NY address here for the returns if we have at least a few legit customers who have received their refunds on time? What is the point of hiding the return address of the company if everything is being handled properly considering the US consumer protection law? Please kindly provide your address if you are honest and follow US consumer protection law.
I saw the response from the customer service, but that doesn't justify why they have to hide their NY address. They are hiding something. IF YOU ARE NOT HIDING ANYTHING, THEN SHARE YOUR NY ADDRESS SO PEOPLE DON'T GO CRAZY OVER FIGURING OUT HOW TO SEND THEIR ORDERS BACK FOR REFUND OR EXCHANGE! I will be pointing the US Consumer Protection to your direction since you are not sharing the necessary information on your website.

I should have read the reviews before placing an order of 3 dresses. I had no idea they were coming from China and now I worry not only about whether they will arrive on time, but more importantly about the quality and if I can get a refund. It looks like there is no number or opportunity to speak with anyone as everything is done by e-mail. I will call my credit card company tomorrow and tell them that the charge is being contested as it looks like this could be a scam. Has anyone else taken that route, or do you think I might luck out?

I have ordered about six items so far. With one exception, they looked like the photos and fit well. I love the variety and uniqueness of the items. You have to go by the product details for sizing. The customer service has been excellent with next day responses and my refund was prompt. I will be shopping here again.

Dear Readers,
I am delighted to tell you about an unexpectedly great experience with StyleWe. I rarely shop for clothes on the Web but I saw a pop-up for StyleWe site and loved the fun and original dresses at great prices. So after a bit of frustration trying to use PayPal and not being able to use the phone to call for help, I finally figured it out (after e-mailing Customer Service) and ordered a dress. I figured, what the heck, if my money goes to some fake company in China with no phone number, then I can always dispute the charge. Well, I did receive a package but it was someone else's order instead, and I could tell that someone received mine in error as well--probably a computer glitch at StyleWe. First, I was a bit peeved and was going to write a nasty note and I'm glad I didn't just react because I soon realized, hey, people make mistakes, so I'll just be a problem-solver and call the person on the invoice to see if these clothes are hers and send them to her. I thought optimistically that someone would probably be calling me shortly, too. I did call the customer, Jessica from Louisiana, who did want the clothes and I simply taped up the envelope and spent $6 to send her clothes. Meanwhile, I e-mailed StyleWe to let them know what I did and the Customer Service Rep there, named Lanny, took care of me right away and sent me a duplicate dress. Meanwhile, the person who got my dress, Bella from Delaware, sent it to me without even calling (because my cell phone has no voice mail)! So I had 2 dresses and StyleWe told me to keep both of them for all my trouble. Wow, I thought, one of my friends is going to love it. But it doesn't end there. Just today I received a surprise cookbook in the mail from Jessica whose clothes I originally sent! She took the time and effort to send me a thank you gift from her native Louisiana. So, the StyleWe experience was way more than I had bargained for--a chance to see the best of human nature in action. And if you ever have trouble on the site, e-mail *******@stylewe.com and you'll likely have the same great experience with Lanny or other rep that I did, especially now that they have fixed their software. If you don't believe that this story is 100% true, then I feel sorry for you. It's clear you will not be getting anything like a free dress or surprise cookbook, that's for sure... hahahaha!

I ordered one dress made by Zeraco previously. The previous dress size was 36.2 (bust) and 31.5 (waist) which was labeled as XL. I was happy with it. So I ordered another dress made by Zeraco, the same designer. For this stripe silk mini dress, the same size is labeled as L. So I ordered L, However, this time, it is too small. Very confusing...

Larry, if you are a customer, how do you understand this situation? I need to pay $5 for returning this back to your company. Although I have no fault!

Usually it cost $5.95 to return the parcel to us by USPS (postal shipping) for our returned New York address. But it will cost more depending one the parcel weight and the distance. For the free shipping, now we using faster carrier, which will take about 11 days. For express shipping, it still takes same time (3 to 5 business days.) So Very Disappointed

Reference: pleated Silk midi dress by Elenyun

The dress you advertised on the website is beautiful, rich burgundy color and it has that silky texture look, which is the reason why I placed an order on it. However, the dress you sent me, DOES NOT LOOK ANYTHING LIKE THE ONE YOU ADVERTISED and this is very deceiving, which clearly show that you're running a FALSE ADVERTISEMENT WEBSITE! The dress you shipped me is very, very dull and faded and the material feels and looks very, very, very, very cheap looking, and the price I paid for is seriously NOT WORTH IT!
I am very, very, disappointed and a very, very, UNHAPPY CONSUMER!

Note: I paid for 2-5 day shipping, I placed the order on 10/20/15 and received it on 11/3/15.

Stylewe outfits are truely designer clothes. I ordered two dresses because their originality caught my eye. Both came reasonably fast and are absolutey beatuful. They are well crafted from high quality fabrics and true to size if you take the trouble to look up specific measuerments (click on the size icon) before ordering. Yes, their s, m, l sizes do not correspond to our, American, sizing and the measurements differ from designer to designer but that is true of a lot of European clothing as well. In my opinion, their clothes rival Saks, Neiman Marcus or Net-a-Porter for a fraction of a price. My only wish is that they would have more clothes sized 12 to 14 American. Sunshine
I have ordered several more dresses from stylewe and one of them needed to be refunded. Absolutely no problem. Received refund within 5 days.
I am still amazed at how great their designs are, how well the clothes are made and how reasonably priced they are, especially during flash sales. They are giving me a reason to lose some weight so I can fit into more of their clothes :).
