They are really committed to providing shoppers with original, high quality, and exclusive fashion products from individual designers. As I have ordered the a fashion gown (Slim Fit Knitted Wool Blend Midi Dress) from them ( order no- C0X*******) which had reached within 24 hours.

They are really committed to quality service as well as better customer service.

We measured ourselves before ordering. None of the items shipped are sizes/measurements given on the website! I ordered for two people and neither of us can fit the garments as delivered. This was an expensive purchase for us.

Given that the purchase is from China, I am terrified to ship it back before a refund is given. I anticipate being out of the money spent on the purchase, the cost of shipping and the actual garments. It does not look promising. Will I be left empty handed?

The company may work for those on the smaller end of the size chart. The quality of the garments was very good.

AS MENTIONED ABOVE WE MEASURED AND REFERRED TO THE STYLE CHART. THE ITEMS RUN VERY VERY VERY SMALL! THE COMPANY RESPONDED TO ME HERE BUT HAS NOT TOLD ME HOW TO RETURN THE ITEMS FOR A REFUND. I CHECKED MY ACCOUNT AND E-MAIL. NO MESSAGES.

I love these designers clothes. They manufacture wonderful clothes, very unique and different. Customer service great, they always respond me ASAP. I just received 5 outfit and fit perfectly. I just order my coat and 4 more dresses, because the style are so beautiful. Size goes very quickly, quality is great. I don't shop in the store no more.

The clothing is sized more like jr sizes, not what many may be used to in stores where 'vanity' sizing runs clothing larger- order up if you can- the material was nice and I got lots of complements ands people asking where I got my dress... It took a while for the dress to arrive- about 3 weeks- the packaging was nice- quality of clothing is what I'd expect for items costing between 50-100 dollars- not high end designer more like a Macy's or other middle of the road department store clothing... The thing I like best is I won't likely see people wearing the same clothing as me! I will buy again- although, I wish there were more size options- most items are not any larger than a 12-14 which runs small... I generally wear a 14-16 at most places- I wouldn't fit in the items listed as 12-14 at this site (according to the measurements of clothing)

I ordered a long wool coat and a dress from stylewe. The website said shipping is 7-10 business days which was totally fine. However a week after I ordered, I recieved an email that one of the items has just been shipped. In all, I waited for my 2 items for a month which is a pretty long time for an order. When I found out the clothes were being shipped from China I became a little worried that it was yet another sham website that advertises beautiful clothes and sends cheap terrible items, however this was so not the case! The quality is simply amazing and the fit is so perfect! I have a hard time with wool coats as small can still be a bit wide and most brands don't carry x-small so I am so very happy with my purchase! Thank you so much stylewe for my beautiful clothes. The dress was better than expected, the measurements the list are extremely helpful so be sure to pay attention to those. Aside from the long wait time I would say they are great. Will definitely be ordering again in the future!

Hello. I have purchased 25 dresses from them so far. All excellent quality and style. Every dress gets compliment and I love their dresses. It's simply awesome and designer wears at affordable prices. One item came little defective- missing fringes. I sent an email got a reply within 2 days. They asked for picture. Sent the picture and they refunded my money in 2 days.
Also I wanted to return one dress as it was running little smaller. They sent back return address which was in New York. However since the dress is so pretty I have decided to lose weight and then try that or if in 2-3 months I fail to do this, will pass it to someone who is 1size smaller than me. Also the clothes arrive on time and with excellent wrapping

I love most of the clothing. I was nervous regarding my choices so I took a chance and ordered a dress which was to small. I emailed StyleWe twice to return the dress and no reply. Their policy states return within 30 days. How can I if I don't know where to return and I concerned about my refund. The dress is still waiting to be returned!

I like to shop with confidence, and trust with good customer service should I have an issue of any sort. Sad that StyleWe have no open door policy. Give to them and nothing for you! I truly wanted to be a value customer, but I rather be safe than sorry!

Update: Thank you StyleWe for emailing me the address for returns. I would like return by DSLor FedEx. Is the return address the same as you stated in my email, if not will you please provide. Thanks.

I bought two Dresses and paid with PayPal. Relieved timely, however, not satisfied with the quality and sizes were too large. Submitted email for return and received an automated response that customer service would respond in 24 hours, however, no one has responded on 4 days. I sent three more emails with automated responses only from style we. I have opened a dispute with PayPal as I have read through the reviews and I cannot find not one bit of information on returns, I will also be contacting consumer affairs if PayPal is unable to resolve. The dhl package has a shipping address from China... nothing about New York. Hard lesson learned, do not purchase from anyone without a return address and phone number!

One of dresses I received was poorly made & it came with a belt that was completely different from what they displayed on the website. The buttons were unevenly placed. The second dress is wonderful & fits perfect. The third dress was good but I'm not satisfied. The dress was displayed as if the entire dress was embroidered but I saw that only in the front & upper part of the dress. The rest of the dress only had printed pattern. For the price, the dresses were poorly made. Lastly, the shipping took forever. I love one of the items purchased but don't think I will buy from them again because they do not seem to have consistent quality throughout the store.
