I have been trying for two weeks to return four dresses, three because they are sized Large, but are a size six, and one because they simply sent the wrong dress. I have sent pictures of the dress and the packaging, and they just ask for more pictures.
I had to pay $12 to return the awful dress. Then they said that they couldn't credit my card. They wanted me to open a PayPal account! (Why? So they could take more of my money?) Not having a phone number shows that they do not want to deal with the people they are stealing from. I should have checked them out before I ordered. They're overseas, of course, so there's not much I can do but warn others.

I gave a very negative review of "Stylewe" because of a disputed refund. I had written to the company and the refund had not been issued for up to a month after their stated refund date. Was I wrong; they had made the refund 6 days prior to that date. I was happy with my purchases and wanted to buy more, if I could just get my refund! I got it and I am once again, a happy customer! Buy a size or 2 bigger than you normally would, but buy from Stylewe... Cute clothes... Great Value!

I have spent the last hour of my life trying to get assistance with a return. The website wouldn't pull up my order, the page just kept refreshing. I attempted a live chat and was asked the same question over and over again and then finally told they were too busy to help me and disconnected. I was asked to enter the WP number and then the SKU (I have 10 items to return). I have snapped a photo of the live chat so I could post the pic, but I can't figure that out. I have over $1,000 in returns that need processed and can't get anyone to assist. If I could give a ZERO star rating I would!

Ordered 2 dresses in small and received them quickly. Both were well made and not cheap looking. One fit great but the other was too big. (I'm 5'1" and 97 lbs).
Sent in the my refund "request" and received email with "As you mentioned color issue. Could you send me a picture of the item(s) that have issues or tell us more about the problem you mentioned? So I can pass it along to our fulfillment center and take further movement for exchange or return." I did say the color was not exactly what I expected when asked for any other comments BUT that it was too BIG. My response "More importantly it was too big. Please process refund immediately."
I'm hoping that using this site they will expedite my refund. It's too bad because I'm probably one of the few who can wear these clothes but between the insulting process of having one's request "reviewed" in 48 hrs and THEN having to pay the costs oneself this first will be my last.

In my opinion, this is not a reputable company; at least not reputable by American standards. I ordered a top on August 26th, 2016. PayPal immediately took the $ from my account and I was notified that I would be contacted regarding a tracking number for shipment. On 9/5/16, I emailed StyleWe asking the status of the order. They got back to me stating "your order was canceled due to the item was out of stock." I immediately asked for a refund. On 9/6/16, StyleWe emailed me asking me to exchange my order for another item at 15% off. I emailed another request for a full refund. Their return email stated that they would refund my $ in "maybe 1 to 2 weeks depending on which CC company" I used, but they had over 100 new dresses that they would like me to see on line. I filed a disputed claim with my CC company and wrote back to StyleWe, "You charged my CC company before you even checked to see if you had the merchandise. What reputable company charges a customer before merchandise is SENT? I expect the credit to my card today. I know you can charge and credit quickly." My CC was credited with the refund the next day. But as if THAT was the end, I received an email on 9/7/16 stating that my order (same number) was DELAYED and the item would be sent out shortly. ARE YOU KIDDING ME?! I wrote back, "CANCEL THIS ORDER!" I would like to say, FORGET THAT I EVER ORDERED ANYTHING FROM YOU! DO NOT CONTACT ME AGAIN! StyleWe did refund my money but the experience was not at all worth all the aggravation. Not a reputable company, in my opinion!

I bought three dresses from them, two of them were descripted as silk, but it turned out to be not silk. I tried to return to them, the company said that I only had 30 days to return, and no one told me the return policy. I will never ever buy from them, the qualities of the dresses are no good.

As promised I am updating my experience with StyleWe. I will also post this in the ratings section. I received my items in 5 days, Placed my order on August 24th and received them Monday August 29th. I did pay for expedited shipping and made sure to email them about my order. I am not sure if they helped however I got my order very fast.
As far as my items go, I LOVE all of them! Everything looked great and the fabric quality was great as well. The only thing I will say as other have said their sizes do run small. I am typically a small however I ordered mediums, I could have very well ordered a large too. Overall I have a had a great experience so far. I plan to order from them again. Thanks!
I've bought two things from Stylewe. The first fits perfectly and is nicer than I expected, given the price. The second was too small, but was easy to return and they promptly refunded my money. Yes, you have to pay for the return shipping, but it cost all of $3 or so. Very good customer service.

Be careful ordering from Stylewe the sizing is really off. I ordered a free fit sized coat, I wear a 12, I was not able to get my arm in this item. I requested return information and returned the item two weeks ago, the coat only coast me $74.00 and I paid $15.00 to return it. I have not received ant information from this company. Not again... the coat was really cute. I wished it would have worked out.

The clothing was AMAZING! Exactly as in the photos, but the clothes run VERY small. I ordered 2 sizes up and they were sitll TOOO small. I am SO diappointed and they were well made and just what I needed. Alas, I sent everything back until I shrink at least 2 more sizes. They really need to work on their sizing if they want to break into the Western market big time. Not every American woman is a size 2 or even a size 10.
Usually most of our clothes run one sizes smaller. You ;d better order one size bigger.

I bought a top for $40. It was cheap looking. Should have been around $15. I found out that I would have to pay shipping charges to return it. Apparently this is their policy. It is best to order from Amazon. You can at least return without paying for it. Oh yeah and you must keep their return label. Not worth it.

Stylewe is not honouring their return policy. My dress was not the size the cert was giving. The dress is not silk. The sleeve is short and not the half sleeve that is shown on the photo. The flower is not included in the sale. It is shown on the photo design. It is not an inexpensive dress. Style is not providing the return address. Not responding to my email. Their chat box is a virtual chat box, no live person is available.

I have twice now had unfortunately had an package containing my StyleWe order to go missing and both times they were so easy to contact and get a response from to resolve the situation. Both times they either resent the order or credited me back to my account the amount if the item had been out of stock afterward. Also their returns are SO easy. These reasons and many more are why I shop on this site more than any other and they have such a wide selection of clothing/shoes how could you not shop here!?

I wish I could copy and paste the tracking page for my item here to show how ridiculous this company is. I ordered and paid for one blouse seven weeks ago. The tracking report began with initial shipment (supposedly) on July 22. After that, it's an intermittent series of vague "departed" and "shipped" notes (from where, not stated), as well as a customs stop followed by no activity whatsoever for the next four weeks. Today is September 7, and the last movement shown on the tracking report is August 27.
Also janky, the tracking page looks oddly generic, with no branding shown and very little detail. I have no indication of where my $60 package is but no longer care.
I emailed StyleWe multiple times and was responded to in broken English with excuses and insistence that I be patient. So, I've filed a complaint with Paypal, which is the only way I could find to get my money back. I do not trust anything about StyleWe after this experience and have no interest in an apology or further excuses in response to my review.
We are sorry sorry for the delay, the delay was caused by the mistake from the courier by mixing other children clothes with ours, and children clothes require some certificate to get pass the custom. Actually we already approved refund on your order, but it seems you have opened a dispute on the charge, so the payment got frozen, we can not refund on our side unless you close the dispute first. Otherwise we will let's PayPal handle the dispute with us.

Dear Sue, after you have returned, we are wating for the return tracking number or a copy of the return receipt which you just sent to us 2 days ago, and we started to process your refund immediately, but turned out you have opened dispute on this charge, so the payment got frozen, could you pls colse the dispute on the charge and let's us refund to you on our side? Paid to express ship the product which was a big joke no express at all and paid to return the dresses that were not made to the size they listed on the description of the product. Answer: Their styles are beautiful and quality seems excellent. It was the sizing we had trouble with. They have a size chart with measurements, but the item I ordered was several inches smaller than the measurements given in the size chart. Also, when I wrote (twice) them regarding return of the item, I never received a response. After several weeks, I had to turn it over to PayPal to return the item and received be a refund. I've been afraid to order from them some nice. Also, the item took 3 weeks from date of f order to arrive.
Answer: The initial package arrived in about 3 weeks but was the wrong size, much smaller than described. It was very difficult to get a reply from them about the exchange. I had to file several official complaints in a few sites before I heard back from them, and then I waited a long time to get the cost in a larger size. I bought two dresses and I was only reimbursed because I paid through Paypal and Paypal got me my refunds. The merchandise is horrible, at least what I received. Stay away.
